SHIPPING POLICY

Celf Love Organics is currently offering free USA shipping on all orders above $125. We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Successfully paid orders will receive an email confirmation with the necessary details.  If you do not receive an email confirmation, Please check your spam or junk folder.

 

Shipped orders will receive an additional email with tracking details. Please allow 1-2 business days for the shipping carrier to scan and update tracking. 

Standard shipping - takes 3-7 days (depending on your area)

Expedited shipping - takes 1-3 days (depending on your area)

PLEASE NOTE:  The above shipping times are for Shipping Only.  Because of the Nature and Freshness of our Products, Orders are Made to Order and Our Processing Order times are 1-3 Days Business Days in addition to your Shipping Times.  Please Note our online orders cut off Processing times are at 3:00 pm end of Business Day(s) Pacific Time.  After Hour orders will be processed the Next Business Day.   

Insurance:  If you want to add extra Insurance on your order, Please add a note to your order when submitting online.

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:
Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Celf Love Organics is NOT responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We are NOT Responsible for any Delays or Damage caused by the Shipping courier.  If You have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, Please contact the Shipping Courier Directly.  Please be aware, although orders normally take less time than the above noted times, we are unable to Investigate the Missing Order until the above time has lapsed.   

 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

DELIVERED ORDERS

Celf Love Organics is NOT Responsible for Packages/Orders that are left in Apartment Building Mail Rooms, Stolen or otherwise NOT received after Delivery.  

Celf Love Organics bears NO Responsibility for Packages/Orders after They are Delivered to the Carrier or by the Carrier.  All Delivery Claims once You receive a Delivery Tracking Number from Us need to be Discussed with the respected Delivery Carrier.  We will make every effort to communicate the tracking Number and Delivery information throughout your Order and Shipping Process.
