Upon Receiving your order, Please inspect it and contact us immediately via our contact us page on our website or email us via celfloveorganics@gmail.com with photos and explanation of your Dissatisfaction of an item or order. We will respond within 72 Hours of receipt of your request or email. We will then evaluate and investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

REFUNDS

Due to the Consumable and Perishable Nature of Our Products, EXCHANGES or RETURNS are NOT Accepted for any Reason.

Because we Strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, we will investigate a complaint and seek by all means possible a Fair Resolution.

Unfortunately, we Can NOT Accept Returns on SALE ITEMS or GIFT CARDS!

If for any Reason you change your mind after paying for and submitting your online order, you Have a 2 Hour window to either call us at 725-304-1041 or email us at celfloveorganics@gmail.com to Cancel or make Changes to your order. After the two hour courtesy time limit, Your order will move to the next step of Processing. Once it's in the Processing stage, we Can NOT Allow changes or Refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!
